Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original velvet pouch and branded box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned treasure, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
